Services
Ascending Dove provides a variety of services to meet the needs of Individuals and Families.
Congregate Residential
Residential Services are provided for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, in a safe, family-like environment. Support is provided for each individual with care and compassion. Our enriching residential program supports individuals in maintaining and developing a personally satisfying life. All individuals served at Ascending Dove are treated with dignity and respect as support is provided.
​In Home Residential
Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities may receive 1:1 services in their homes, apartments or in the community. Individuals in this program also receive training and support with daily care skills, money management skills, meal planning and preparing skills, home maintenance skills, community integration and behavior management.
​Respite
Respite services are provided for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, in one of our residential facilities. Support with daily living skills, community integration, medication management, nutrition and personal care skills are provided temporarily to support the individual’s primary care giver.
Consumer Directed Services
Through the EDCD Waiver, caregivers and individuals who are elderly or disabled are able to direct their own services with supports.​ Individuals can be on a wait list for other waivers and receive EDCD Waiver Services.
Therapeutic Day Treatment​
Ascending Dove Care Facility, Inc. offers an afterschool and summer enhancement program. It is the mission of Ascending Dove to provide quality services that encourage youth to achieve their full potential. It is our mission to ensure that every youth in our program will have the best opportunity available to succeed today and in the future. We will provide great assurance and individualized therapy for children who come to us because of emotional, behavioral disorders, physical or sexual abuse, substance abuse or suicidal ideation or attempt. Care is provided in an open and safe environment. We support youth and families with developing skills necessary to live successfully and have a positive impact on families in the long term.
